Refund and Return Timeframe

The refund and return timeframe is 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Conditions for Refund and Return

To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The product must not show signs of washing, alterations, or damage.
  • The product is defective, incorrect size, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description on the website.

Process

  1. Submit a refund or return request via email to info@walkingpaw.com or through Live Chat (Monday to Friday 08:00am – 05:00pm GMT+7).

    • Provide the order number, reason for refund or return, and your request: refund or replacement.
    • Attach photos and videos of the defective product (if any).

  2. Processing and providing return information:

    • We will review the information you provided. If it meets the conditions, we will notify you.
    • You need to send the defective product to the address: 27 Su Van Hanh Street, Ward 3, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City, 70000, Vietnam – via DHL Global. We will bear the shipping cost.

  3. Refund:

    • We will refund you within 1 business day.
    • The refund time depends on your card issuer.
    • Refund method will be the same as your original payment method.

  4. Receive Replacement:

    • If you want to receive a replacement, we will produce and ship a similar product to you. The production and shipping time can be viewed on our shipping policy page.

Change of Mind

If the product is not defective and you want to return it because you no longer want it, we do not accept refunds. The order must be canceled within 4 hours of placing it.
